Working principle of pneumatic ball valve:

The completely identical inner wall of the oil circuit board provides the medium with a safe passage for immediate fluidity with little frictional resistance.

Pneumatic ball valve classification:

floating ball

The ball of the pneumatic ball valve floats. Under the effect of high pressure, the ball can cause a certain offset and press on the protruding surface of the outlet side to ensure the sealing of the outlet side.

fixed ball

The ball of the balloon valve is fixed and will not move when pressed. The fixed ball valve has a floating seat that moves when under pressure from the medium, pressing the sealing ring against the ball to ensure a seal.

Usually, bearings are installed on the upper and lower shafts of the ball, and the operating torque is small, which is suitable for high-pressure and large-diameter valves. The ball and valve seat seals are made of metal materials, the specific pressure of the seal is large, and the pressure of the medium itself cannot meet the sealing requirements, and external force must be applied. This valve is suitable for high temperature and high pressure medium.

The elastic sphere is provided with elastic grooves at the lower end of the inner wall of the sphere to obtain elasticity. After closing the channel, the ball is inflated with the wedge head of the valve stem and pressed against the valve seat to seal. Loosen the wedge head before turning the ball, the ball will return to its original shape, and a tiny gap will be created between the ball and the valve seat, which can reduce the friction and operating torque of the sealing surface.

Features of pneumatic ball valve:

3. The high-pressure gate valve has good sealing properties. The sealing ring made of ductile raw materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene is convenient for sealing, and the sealing working ability of the pneumatic ball valve is improved with the increase of the working pressure of the material.

4. The valve seat has reliable sealing performance. Because the valve seat only does rotating exercise, not left and right exercise, the rotating seal of the valve seat is not easy to be damaged, and the sealing working ability is improved with the increase of material working pressure.

5. Materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene have good self-lubrication, and the friction loss with the ball is small, so the balloon valve has a long life.

6. Anti-static function: A spring is set between the ball, the valve stem and the valve body, which can export the static electricity generated during the switching process.

7. The protruding section of the bottom-mounted valve stem and the head of the valve stem prevents the ejection of the valve stem, the sealing damage of the valve stem caused by fire, etc., and forms metal contact between the convex section and the valve body, which can ensure the sealing of the valve stem .
